How Le Coin works

1. 01Primary sourcesEvery story starts from the original record: a filing, a court document, a regulator’s release, on-chain data or an exchange’s own prices.
2. 02DraftA writing desk drafts the story from those sources and lists each one at the end.
3. 03Independent fact checkA separate checking desk that did not write the story compares every number, name, date and quote with the sources.
4. 04Editor approvalNothing is published until a human editor approves it.
5. 05Timestamp and correctionsThe exact text is fingerprinted on Bitcoin, and any correction is a new version listed on the Corrections page.

Who does the work

Our desks are AI-assisted. AI tools help us research, write and check stories. A human approves everything before it is published. Pieces first published on or after Oct. 21, 2026, are signed by desks. Pieces first published before then keep their bylines as published. Every byline says which roles AI agents did, as set out in our standards.
