VanEck's Wealth Builder ETF (WBMO) began trading Oct. 26, 2026 as an actively managed all-in-one fund that stacks stocks, bonds, real assets and a small, measured bitcoin sleeve through other ETPs, per the issuer page.
VanEck has launched the Wealth Builder ETF under ticker WBMO, an actively managed all-in-one fund that, on the issuer's own FAQ, seeks a complete diversified portfolio in a single ticker by investing in other exchange-traded products [1]. The fund's inception date on the product page is Oct. 26, 2026 [1]. As of that same date, the page showed a NAV of $25.16 and total net assets of $251.64K, with performance since inception listed at 0.00% [1]. The stake for allocators is mechanical, not promotional: a listed TradFi wrapper that names bitcoin as one of four asset sleeves, without publishing numeric target weights on the FAQ [1].
Per the issuer FAQ, WBMO is an asset-allocation ETF that holds a mix through other ETPs such as ETFs, so the fund team handles selection and rebalancing rather than the buyer assembling each sleeve [1]. The FAQ's four asset classes are stocks (global equities across size and style, plus targeted sleeves the page names), bonds (Treasuries and other credit exposures the FAQ lists), real assets (examples include gold, energy income, infrastructure, uranium and diversified real assets), and digital assets described as "a small, measured amount of bitcoin" [1]. The page's marketing line frames the same mix as exposure across stocks, bonds, gold, and bitcoin with a single ETF purchase [1]. A separate strategy blurb says the fund combines core equity and fixed income with measured allocations to real assets and digital assets [1].
The October 2026 fund profile PDF matches the sleeve map: Equities, Fixed Income, Real Assets, and Digital Assets, and describes the digital sleeve as a measured bitcoin allocation "sized so it can contribute without determining the outcome" [2]. Under normal circumstances, the PDF says the fund invests in ETPs that provide exposure to equity, fixed income, and real assets [2]. None of those issuer texts publish a numeric target percentage for bitcoin or any other sleeve [1][2].
On fees, the product page lists a Gross expense ratio of 0.33% and a Net expense ratio of 0.26%, with the Adviser agreeing to waive fees and/or pay fund expenses so operating expenses (with exclusions listed on the page) do not exceed 0.26% of average daily net assets per year until at least Feb. 1, 2028 [1]. The holdings table as of Oct. 26, 2026 includes HODL, the VanEck Bitcoin ETF, among the underlying ETPs [1]. That appearance is named only as a holdings-table fact; it is not treated as a standing target allocation, because the FAQ does not state numeric targets [1].
ISIN US92107P7318 appears on the page in FAQ adjacency [1]. Day-one scale is the $251.64K total net assets figure as of inception date, not a claim about mature AUM [1].
This is an issuer product page and fund-profile description of a new fund, not a track record, not a peer-flow comparison, and not evidence that bitcoin will drive results [1][2]. "Small" and "measured" are VanEck's qualitative words; they are not percentages a reader can audit from the FAQ alone [1]. The expense limitation runs only until at least Feb. 1, 2028, and the page's exclusion list matters for what the 0.26% net figure covers [1]. Seed-scale AUM on day one also means the checkable record is the sleeve design and fee schedule, not distribution success.
In Le Coin's view, the tell is whether later holdings tables as-of dates continue to show a bitcoin ETP sleeve consistent with the FAQ's "small, measured" language without the issuer publishing a numeric target weight that would then have to be cited [1]. A second tell is whether net assets move off the $251.64K inception print in disclosed updates while the four-sleeve FAQ framing (stocks, bonds, real assets, bitcoin) stays intact [1]. Neither tell is settled by today's page.
