OG.com and Crypto.com on Oct. 27 launched continuous, non-expiring Crypto Perpetuals for eligible U.S. traders, up to 5x, via OG.com distribution partners including the Crypto.com App and Exchange.
OG.com and Crypto.com on Oct. 27 announced the official launch of Crypto Perpetuals for eligible U.S. traders, according to a Crypto.com company-news release [1]. Per that primary, the contracts are continuous and non-expiring, carry up to 5x leverage, and are available across OG.com's distribution partners, including retail users of the Crypto.com App and institutional and advanced users of the Crypto.com Exchange [1]. Crypto.com recently registered as an Introducing Broker with the National Futures Association to offer the services; the CFTC path runs through OG.com's exchange, clearinghouse and futures commission merchant connected to that Introducing Broker, not through Crypto.com as a designated contract market [1].
The release frames Crypto Perpetuals as continuous digital-asset derivative contracts without expiration dates, tradable around the clock across top cryptocurrencies [1]. Traders can go long or short on supported digital assets, set Take-Profit and Stop-Loss exits before entry, and use Isolated Margin to limit risk per trade [1]. Capital-efficiency language on the page centers on deploying up to 5x leverage with lower initial margin commitments [1]. Rollout "begins today" on both the Crypto.com App and the Crypto.com Exchange, with interfaces aimed at retail and pro users respectively [1]. For market availability, supported tokens and trading parameters, the page points readers to Crypto.com/US rather than listing them [1].
On the registration stack, Crypto.com is the Introducing Broker path: the company says it recently registered as an IB with the NFA, and the footer identifies Foris DAX Inc as the entity registered with the NFA as an introducing broker [1]. OG.com Markets is described as a CFTC-registered designated contract market and derivatives clearing organization; OG.com Broker is a CFTC-registered Futures Commission Merchant [1]. North American Derivatives Exchange, Inc., affiliated with Crypto.com, conducts business under the brands OG.com Prediction Markets and Crypto.com | Derivatives North America (CDNA), is registered with the CFTC as a DCM and DCO, and offers trading of cryptocurrency perpetuals [1]. CDNA also offers prediction-market contracts through direct access and intermediaries such as Introducing Brokers, including Crypto.com | Broker, and FCMs including Crypto.com FCM and OG Broker [1].
Kris Marszalek, founder and CEO of OG.com and Crypto.com, said the goal has been to build "the most comprehensive, secure, and accessible platform for modern financial markets," and that adding regulated crypto perpetuals gives users "the ultimate toolkit for market flexibility" [1]. Whether hedging a crypto portfolio or capitalizing on 24/7 price action, he said traders now have "direct access to continuous liquidity, flexible leverage, and built-in risk controls" inside the single application they already use [1]. The feature list also pitches a unified Crypto.com ecosystem in which users can hold spot crypto and hedge short-term volatility with perpetuals [1].
This is a company launch announcement for eligible U.S. traders on OG.com rails, not a claim of nationwide unfettered retail access or of Crypto.com itself operating the CFTC exchange [1]. The release does not publish volumes, open interest, a fee schedule, an exact eligibility matrix, or a token-by-token list beyond "top cryptocurrencies" and "supported" assets deferred to Crypto.com/US [1]. OG.com is available in approved jurisdictions, and the page states trading is subject to risk and may not be appropriate for all [1]. Until a filing, product page or regulator notice names live contract specs, eligibility screens and disclosed activity, the public record is the distribution-and-registration framing itself.
In Le Coin's view, the tell is whether eligible U.S. traders can open and close a checkable Crypto Perpetual on the App or Exchange with disclosed contract specs, margin rules and eligibility screens that match today's IB-plus-DCM/DCO/FCM map [1]. A second tell is whether CDNA / North American Derivatives Exchange volumes and supported-token lists appear in a form that can be checked independently of marketing copy [1]. Neither is settled by today's press release.
