Four more ADGM-prospectus bStocks, BBB, MDBB, PENGB and UVXYB, opened for Spot and Convert trading at 8:00 a.m. ET on Oct. 14 and were added the same hour as Cross Margin and Portfolio Margin collateral, extending Binance’s Oct. 7 tokenized-securities wave.
Binance opened four more tokenized-security spot pairs at 8:00 a.m. ET on Wednesday and, in the same hour, let eligible users post those tokens as margin collateral. The names are BlackBerry (BBB), MongoDB (MDBB), Penguin Solutions (PENGB) and the ProShares Ultra VIX Short-Term Futures ETF (UVXYB), each wrapped as a bStock with a USDT pair on Spot (source 1).
The listing announcement published about 11:00 p.m. ET on Tuesday; the collateral announcement followed at about 11:30 p.m. ET. Both set the operational time at 12:00 UTC on Oct. 14, which is 8:00 a.m. ET (sources 1, 2).
Why it matters now: this is not Binance’s first bStocks wave. A week earlier, on Oct. 7, the exchange added JPMorgan Chase (JPMB), Eli Lilly (LLYB), Securitize (SECZB) and StablecoinX (USDEB). Wednesday’s four names extend that book and, for the first time in this Oct. 14 set, push the same tokens into Cross Margin, Portfolio Margin and Portfolio Margin Pro as collateral, with borrowing still switched off (sources 1, 2, 3).
Trading pairs on Spot: BBB/USDT, MDBB/USDT, PENGB/USDT and UVXYB/USDT at Oct. 14, 12:00 UTC. Spot algo bots align with listing time; rebalancing bots within 24 hours. Convert trading against BTC, USDT and other tokens is described as zero-fee within one hour of the Spot list. Withdrawals for the four tokens open at 13:00 UTC, or 9:00 a.m. ET (source 1).
Maker fees on those four USDT pairs are set to zero from listing through Oct. 31, 23:59 UTC (7:59 p.m. ET that day) (source 1).
Binance publishes BNB Smart Chain contract addresses for each token in the listing note and says conversion between each underlying stock and its bStock is 1:1 with zero conversion fees for users who tokenize direct holdings (source 1).

The second announcement adds MongoDB (MDBB), BlackBerry (BBB), Penguin Solutions (PENGB) and the ProShares Ultra VIX ETF (UVXYB) as eligible collateral on Cross Margin, Portfolio Margin and Portfolio Margin Pro at the same 12:00 UTC stamp. “Borrowing is not currently supported,” Binance writes, and the feature is limited to those margin products (source 2).
Spot listing alone adds tickers. Collateral lets eligible users post the tokens against margin positions. Regular, VIP 1 and VIP 2 users “must complete the suitability assessment questionnaire before using bStocks-related margin features,” Binance says (source 2).
Binance’s collateral release leads with the legal box that matters for a U.S. reader: “bStocks are offered through an Approved Prospectus in the ADGM and are not offered in any other jurisdiction. No public offer is made outside of the ADGM. Tokenized Securities are available only to eligible users in permitted jurisdictions on a secondary market basis only” (source 2).
Le Coin’s view: treat that as the story’s hard edge. This is not a New York Stock Exchange listing of BlackBerry or MongoDB, and it is not SEC registration of the tokens. It is an Abu Dhabi Global Market prospectus product, traded on Binance’s spot book for users who are allowed to see it.
The listing note repeats the region warning in shorter form and points readers to separate pages for “Binance Stock Tokens: Product Rules” and related risk disclosures (source 1).
Oct. 7 brought JPMorgan, Eli Lilly, Securitize and StablecoinX onto the same shelf (source 3). Oct. 14 adds BlackBerry, MongoDB, Penguin Solutions and a short-term VIX futures ETF token. UVXYB is a volatility product, not a crypto beta claim; Binance listed it in the same packet, and that is the only reason it belongs here (source 1).
Three checkable items would move this from menu expansion to a bigger markets story: a primary that discloses bStocks notional or open interest after the Oct. 7 and Oct. 14 waves; an ADGM or Binance filing that widens the public-offer perimeter beyond the current prospectus disclaimer; or a U.S. broker-dealer or ATS primary that lists the same names under U.S. rules. None of those appear in Wednesday’s notes (sources 1, 2).
Until then, the factual end of the story is the clock Binance set: pairs and collateral at 8:00 a.m. ET Oct. 14, withdrawals an hour later, zero maker fees through Oct. 31, 7:59 p.m. ET, borrowing still off (sources 1, 2).
