All three hit their lows on the 10:15 p.m. ET bar and have recovered only part. All 34 liquid USD pairs are lower; 25 fell 3% or more, and bitcoin held up best. [1][2]

01 · Riot moves its digital-asset and cash custody from NYDIG to BitGo. An 8-K accepted 8:30 p.m. ET Wednesday says BitGo Bank & Trust, National Association, will hold Riot's digital assets and cash in segregated accounts under an agreement signed Oct. 7 and amended Oct. 14; the NYDIG Trust agreement ends once the transfer completes. Riot can exit on 14 days' notice with no fee. BitGo's liability is capped at fees paid or payable in the prior six months, except for fraud, willful misconduct and gross negligence. The filing gives no fee rate or balance. [13]
02 · USBC raises its bitcoin-backed loan line from Payward Interactive to $40.0 million. An 8-K accepted 1:21 p.m. ET Wednesday says an Oct. 12 addendum lifts the commitment from $25.0 million; with $21.0 million drawn, $19.0 million remains available. Bitcoin held at Payward Financial secures the loans, with margin and liquidation rights on a shortfall, and the same collateral now also backs certain digital-asset derivative trades. USBC lists collateral calls and liquidation events among its risks. [14]
03 · Gemini's resale registration for Winklevoss Capital Fund is effective. An SEC notice accepted 12:15 a.m. ET Thursday records the Form S-3 effective Oct. 14 at 9:00 a.m. A 424B7 filed Wednesday registers up to 7,142,857 Class A shares issued to Winklevoss Capital Fund, LLC in a May 14 private placement. Effective means the shares may be resold; the investor "is under no obligation" to sell, and Gemini receives no proceeds. At the $4.11 Oct. 12 close that is about $29.4 million, by Le Coin's arithmetic. [15][16][17]

Crypto fell with Asia overnight. All six Asian indexes in the set fell, led by Kospi's 7.57% and the Nikkei's 4.90%; bitcoin, ether and solana fell 1% to 3% and 25 of 34 Coinbase pairs lost 3% or more. So what, in Le Coin's read: this looks like broad risk reduction rather than a crypto-specific event, which fits long-heavy OKX liquidations with neutral funding. The next test is how U.S. hours trade after PPI. [1][2][3][11]
